Friday night catastrophe turned into life long relationship. I reached out to two friends, Haley Thiede and Tracy Bruedigam for referrals. Both recommended Air Squad. At 9:30pm Friday night Emily responded, was empathetic and friendly. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday morning. Dylan was here that morning. I work in the service industry and what I teach my techs is exactly what Dylan provided. He listened, he explained, he did the job quickly but thoroughly well. I am so impressed with Dylan, he is an excellent asset to Air Squad. I am now on your maintenance plan (that Haley recommended) and feel like I was treated fairly and taken care of as well.
