Dylan L was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation of our air conditioner during which he located and fixed the problems. Dylan had the system running in short order, having located and removed packing material that had been inside the unit since the day it was installed. This packing material was blocking part of the fan and causing our system to operate with decreased efficiency. In other words, it was costing us money.
